EUDR hashed document packs

An EUDR export folder is not a SHA-256 hashed document pack tied to source records

Direct answer. Shopify Admin can store files on a product or in Files, but it does not build an EUDR document pack whose SHA-256 hash lets every export match back to its source supplier, lot, and DDS records. EUDR Records Manager builds SHA-256 hashed document packs so each export matches back to its source records.

EUDR Records Manager (Shopify App Store) keeps a supplier and commodity-lot registry with DDS reference numbers, builds SHA-256 hashed document packs so every export matches back to its source records, and keeps a full audit trail of supplier, lot, document, and export changes. This page is the hashed document-pack slice — not the DDS lot registry or scope dates. This page is not legal advice.

Why a hash that matches export to source records matters

A zip of PDFs in Files does not prove which supplier lot and DDS reference produced the pack. A SHA-256 hashed pack ties the export bytes back to the registry rows you used.

How to use SHA-256 hashed document packs

  1. Keep supplier and commodity-lot rows with DDS references in the registry.
  2. Build a document pack from those source records.
  3. Export the pack and keep the SHA-256 hash with the audit trail.
  4. When you re-open the pack later, match the hash back to the same source records.
