EUDR product scope check
Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650, applies from 30 December 2026, and from 30 June 2027 for operators who are natural persons or micro- or small undertakings established by 31 December 2024, except for products covered by the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 995/2010. By the date that applies to its role and size, a Shopify store should have the supplier, the lot and the DDS reference number it received on file: EUDR Records Manager on the Shopify App Store.
Direct answer. Type what you sell and your role, or an HS code, for example we import roasted coffee beans 0901 21 and sell them online. The page lists which Annex I commodities and lines of Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, as amended, your text may touch, and which operator, downstream operator or trader duties to read, each as a question. It does not decide scope or role. It runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
This is a reading aid, not legal advice and not what any app checks. To keep a supplier and commodity-lot registry with DDS reference numbers per product, flag missing supplier, country or DDS fields and keep an audit trail, try EUDR Records Manager (Shopify App Store).

Where the questions come from
Commodities and product lines come from Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (EUDR), as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650 (which deleted the Chapter 49 printed-products line) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102, in force since 18 September 2026 (which, among other changes, deleted cattle hides and leather, conveyor belts and most other rubber articles, added notes on bamboo, rattan, babassu, buffalo and samples, and added lines such as coffee extracts and several palm-derived products that apply from 30 December 2027). Roles and duties come from Articles 2, 3, 4, 4a, 5, 9 and 38 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650.
The page matches words and number codes in what you type. Annex I is a list of Combined Nomenclature codes, and “ex” lines cover only part of a code, so a keyword match is a prompt to check the code, not an answer. Read Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 on EUR-Lex (check the consolidated version) and the guides on who is in scope and when and the DDS lot registry.

What this page is not
- Not legal advice and not a statement that your label or product does or does not comply.
- Not what EUDR Records Manager matches or checks; the app is what counts.
- Not a due diligence statement, a risk assessment or a filing in the EU information system.
- Not a data collector: text you paste stays in this browser tab. Nothing is sent or stored.
