D2C and no-company carts should stay on ordinary checkout
A required PO string, a deposit percentage, or an order-review hold belongs on company / B2B checkout. Retail D2C and no-company carts should not see that wholesale PO field. If a retail buyer hits a PO rule, the rule is on the wrong surface — that is the D2C no-op job alongside PO validation.
