Textile EPR registration records
Textile EPR registration is a retained record job — not the same duty as Annex I fibre names
FibreLedger Textile Labels (Shopify App Store) checks EU textile fibre names against the official Annex I catalogue in EN, DE and FR, flags trade names such as Lycra or Tencel that are not lawful fibre names, records French origin and environmental-impact information, and retains EPR registration and audit records. This page is the EPR registration / audit-records job — not the Annex I name catalogue and not France places of manufacture. The app does not file EPR returns for you or decide which scheme you must join. This page is not legal advice.

Free check first: Textile fibre composition checker runs in your browser and sends nothing. Check fibre names against the EU Annex I list and that the blend adds up to 100%.
EPR registration records are not fibre composition labels
Annex I names answer what the fibre is called on the composition line. EPR registration and audit records answer which producer-responsibility registrations you retain for textile sales — a separate record-keeping surface. Keep those records with the same catalog workflow you use for fibre names and French origin fields, without treating a fibre-name pass as an EPR pass.

How to retain EPR registration and audit records
- Record the EPR registration identifiers your counsel or scheme issues for the textile assortment you sell.
- Keep the audit trail with the product / catalog records FibreLedger stores alongside fibre-name and origin fields.
- Update records when registrations change; do not assume an Annex I rename updates EPR data.
- Export or review the retained records when an auditor or scheme asks — the app retains records; it does not submit filings.
